JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant

Our beautiful pieces and personalized service result in long-lasting client relationships. We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. We desire a candidate who is experienced, highly motivated, creative and has passion for customer service. Candidates must possess strong computer skills.
– Calling prospective clients, setting prospect appointments,
– Preparing orders for delivery and providing timely tracking updates to clients
– Crafting engaging newsletters and sending to our mailing lists once per week
– Handling customer support request and providing weekly report summaries
– Up to two years prior experience in customer relationship management role
– Certifications in communications courses is an added advantage
– Excellent computer skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organization skills
– Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, professional office environment
– Paid training and courses
– Paid leave and vacations from the second year
